B14 to P10
I am very interested in getting rid of my B14 and picking up a 94-96 P10. I want the better suspension since i want to get into Autocross and am not happy with the B14's suspension. I do have a couple of questions about interchangeable parts. Will the Cusco top mounts for the front and GC coil overs fit? I know the motor and trans will swap if needed as well, but axles? Are the brakes the same? I guess i have no idea what is similar and what is not. I would like to find a manual G20 then swap over my tranny and motor just to get me going.

Anything else i should know?

91-92 P10's have a little stiffer bushings and thicker sway bars just fyi. Weight quite a bit less than the 94-96 p10's. Coiovers in the rear might fit but in the front is a definate no. Camber plates I don't have a clue.

I have GC top mounts on my p10, but im not sure about cusco top mounts. If its a camber adjustable type mount it wont work well with the p10 suspension. The b14 tranny has shorter gearing i believe, and axles should work as long as there both lsd. Brakes are different. P10 has 4x114 lug pattern, but you can upgrade to p11 front brakes sorta like the b13 to NX upgrade.

Good things to know. I think i am going to go through with it. Its time for a change. I found a manual 96 T locally so that could work for me. I just need to get rid of my car first.

axles are way different for a G than a B14 which are car specific.Napa occasionally has lsd drivers side axles the G20 passenger side axle will work with a B14 tranny. Also the speedo gears can be different so be careful if its not a match, the gear (nylon) will shread apart inside your tranny and make a mess and possible lock it up.

All RS5F32V interchange, whether they came with on a B13, B14, or P10.

The only difference between a driver's side B13/B14 VLSD axle and a driver's side P10 VLSD axle is the outer CV joint. You can convert it yourself or have a shop like Raxles rebuilt it for you.

The passenger side axle is G20-specific. Both open-diff and VLSD axles interchange as long as you use the matching open or VLSD support bracket. However, the shaft lengths are different, probably as a torque steer measure.
