If this is anything like a Ford Duratec, they don't key the timing components. Mazda3s are like that too. Had to do valve seals on one a few weeks ago.

For fun I just priced out Te bumpers, side sills/skirts and rear bumpers today at work. New stuff isn't cheap, but it still prices out which means there is a good possibility that it's available. The side skirts from the database indicate that they're color coded so they should come painted. The front and rear bumpers are not though; although for the Te model, the rear tow hook cover is supposed to be color coded.
