O ok. I didn't know that. So how do you tell what part no.?

So this is the correct one, even though it has a "courtesy part number"? -->

FOG LIGHT COVERS :: Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com

They look very similar to the first ones I posted; same price too. But Courtesy does not have them in stock either. Which ones do you have Greg? Sorry to run in circles here.

SR20nyc gave the correct part number. 999F1-AA001

The thing about the courtesy website is that if you go through the diagrams for whatever you need from whatever car, it will only give you Courtesy specific part numbers. If you take those numbers to any other dealer they'll look at you like you're crazy because you'll be missing several numbers or letters.
BUT if you take a genuine Nissan part number and use the search function on the site it'll take you to the correct part; they're just weird.

Update. So it turns out my local dealership had the covers. Apparently they were the last ones they had and I got them for just shy of $6, which is unheard of at a dealership. They oddly came with silver lettering NISSAN. I honestly like the plain black ones better but hey, they'll do! As usual, you guys were correct that the part number is 999F1-AA001.
