Thread: G35 vtc

Can you get me a price on a VTC sprocket and solenoid as well as a timing chain tensioner? My wife's G35 coupe has a short 1-2 second rattle/grind about 2-3 seconds after startup. I think it may be that, but wondering price on parts and what would be needed to install.
