The kit exists it is only a few dollars, don't remember how much though..

Also can You get the long bolt and nut that succors that alternator to the bracket on the block?

The rebuild kit is $31.18, As for the bolt i am still checking.

That price I gave you is for (1) one rebuild kit.
I imagine the bolt comes with a nut, lemme get back to you on that shortly.
