im confused now... i have a b15 tranny and my 1-2 gear parts are fucked up.. im not sure if i understand this correctly. what do i need to change? because i dont want to lose the gear ratios of this tranny.. i love how fast 1-3rd is... even tho 3rd gear is a bit long for my taste

You have to change the gear stacks in the tranny. That's the easiest way. The other way is to change out those 2 gears but i 'm sure that'd be more involved. I have some P11 gear stacks for sale. If ur interested, pm me for details. Btw, this post is better than a haynes manual lol.

The QG18 stacks are just as strong!

The only difference I experienced was the different 5th gear ratio. (Taller in the QG18)

::EDIT:: No, you can't put a P11/B15/QG18 gearstack into a B14 bell-housing as the transmissions are quite different.
