The long lost T25/T28 parts list thread
Note: This thread originally was online, but was mistakenly deleted. Old backups were used to get it back, but it had to be manually copied-and-pasted here.

Original thread started by Ben.

After doing much research, this is what I have found that will work well for those of you bolting a T25 or T28 setup to your originally naturally aspirated SR20DE.

Starting at the block where the stock oil pressure sending unit for the dash idiot light is:

1. http://www.nissport.com/catalog/prod...EquipmentType=

This goes in place of the oil pressure sending unit into the block. The stock sender fits in the female end of this piece (not seen because it is sitting on that end), and there are three 1/8" NPT female ports used to connect your feed line and other items, such as an oil pressure gauge sending unit or oil temp sending unit. $49.00

2. http://www.sr20deforum.com/showthrea...threadid=35577

.060" oil restrictor. This is to ensure the proper amount of oil is getting to your T25. Unrestricted oil flow will blow through the turbo oil seals and coat the insides of your intercooler pipes. It has 1/8" NPT threads will fit into the nissport adapter. $15.00

3. http://www.anplumbing.com : -3 steel NPT male (P/N 961603)

This is to fit the straight end of the braided line into the oil restrictor. $1.24

4. http://www.anplumbing.com : -3 steel braided 44” brakeline (P/N 63011744)
This is the line itself. It has -3AN female ends on it. One end is straight, the other is a curved 90 degree piece. $26.08

5. http://www.anplumbing.com : -3AN to 7/16-20 brake adapter (P/N 591932) edit comments from myprojectB13 - "The correct size is a -3 AN to 7/16-24. It is part #591932, but AN Plumbing has it listed as a 7/16-20 on their site."

This is to fit the 90 degree angle end of the above braided line into your T25. $7.31

TOTAL COST: $98.63

Thanks to SERPrise in WV, myprojectB13, and the folks at nissport.com for adding to this article.

i would run a restrictor anyway, otherwise your turbo will be hogging a lot of oil pressure that could be lubing those fragile bearings. better safe than sorry, especially considering your turbo doesnt need jack sh*t for oil pressure.

on a 3 way tee, i would plug the feed into the middle one, and the oil pressure sending unit and restrictor on opposing sides. that way, the turbo and oil pressure gauge get the same readings. if you put the feed and turbo opposite each other, oil will shoot from one to the other without giving you an accurate reading.

I am SO glad we got this back up, it is what I used to build my line years ago, and still works great.

Thanks, great info. Is this better than the GoFastDepot T25/T28 Oil Feed Line kit?

The links for 1 & 2 dont work.

Thanks.

For #2, it's not sold anymore by myrojectb13. The one from atpturbo.com will be good for a t25? it's not listed in their description.

as long as you get the 0.060" one you will be fine. I have had that one from ATP on my t28 for years with no trouble.

I know this is an old topic, and I am reviving it by posting again, but I figured i'd let you know some of the links don't work anymore.

The title of this thread is misleading :0

Should be 'How to make your own oil line for twice as much as a GFD'

Kidding aside, this really has nothing to do w/T25 or T28 parts.

What about for water lines? What's the fitting size for the Banjos?
