Turbo breakdowns
Lets start this thread with the more knowledgable people.

What turbo should you go with, different size in trims, what amount of fuel to use, and make this as informational as possible so we can have a sticky

200-240ish
Stock T-25, 370cc Injectors, FMIC, Avenir Manifold
5-10 PSI = Fine 12-15 = Starts breaking up with Se-r Fuel Pump

Thats all i have played with so far

This is really hard to break down, but let me try and find an old post from the se-r.net site.

The turbo you should go with is only answered by understanding what kind of goals you want to achieve.

There are only 2 advices I can give you when it comes to fuel:
1. Get a Walbro
2. buy injectors once, get the Nismo 740cc and call it a day. They will suffice for 95% of the setups.

this is starting to look good, but lets build from it, lets do a write up for like...

200-300hp this is what you need....
300-400hp this is what you need...

so on and so forth, not only that, but name brands too.. what do you think.

I agree with Brent. It's really hard to just pick and choose a "standard" kit, because many don't just slap a turbo on and call it a day. You have to take many other variables into consideration, which is why the "post your dyno sheets" is likely to be more accurate. When someone posts their dyno there, they're not only showing the power band, but they're normally listing their mods, down to the motor mounts, and whatnot.

You cannot say for certain that a general rule of thumb would be to use xx turbine, xx injectors, xx fuel pump, etc. and make a solid xxxwhp. Every motor is different. For instance, my N/A setup made significantly less power than the average bolt on SE-R, and I had cams with s/r installed.

Just my two cents.

^ i agree with tekkie on the dyno sheet thing, knowing peoples build aspects and dyno numbers gives you the greatest idea of what setup configurations make the best power, power curves, torque curves, whp numbers ect...dyno charts with application specifics is the best way to see exactly what works
