Being the fastest?
How fast would my SE-L have to be in order to be one of the fastest? I notice on all the 1/4 mile lists there are no SEs around. So, I would like to get in the top 10 for fastest b14. I would have to run maybe mid 11s I guess? If so, I am not too far behind.

Theres a guy here with a B14 that was running 10's. Being the fastest shouldnt be your goal. Being fast should. Cause theres always somebody who doesnt post here who runs some crazy times. Remember also that having the most WHP also has NOTHING to do with being the fastest!

I think it's more about having good a setup that you're happy with.

haha. Wow I agree with alot of the remarks. I would like to have one of the fastest SE sentras, I know I can't compete with all the 10sec cars but the car should be solid for mid 11s right now at this altitude. I love my setup, and i will be improving it in the coming months.

11 seconds is fine for a street car. Once you start getting into the low elevens/tens and all of that with our cars...the weight reduction becomes rediculous and the car becomes uncomfortable to drive on the street everyday. My goal was to have a fast (not quick fast) street car that I can drive everyday. I think I pulled that off very well. You probably feel the same way unless you gutted the car lol.

An 11 sec car with well thought out weight reduction that can still be driven to and from work is what you should be looking for...well you have it already and so do I! Anything faster then that and honestly you should be looking into a V6, V8 or inline 6 car!

I love the fact that I actually get 35+mpg city driving, Have a car with a full (Ive got weight redution but you couldnt tell!) interior and a radio, a car that handles well, and all at the same time I have the power to weight ratio to walk or keep up with anything I see on the road! Put on top of that the fact that I can drop my top anytime I want and just ride out and....well...you get the Idea!
