You won't know anything as far as AFRs go until you install that wideband. I've never met a dyno wideband that I could trust. Stoich at cruising is fine. I cruise at 15.2 - 15.7:1 as do many others, or leaner.

Were you running a tailpipe sniffer with your stock cat? If so the readings will be off. Get a test pipe if your looking for accurate readings from a tailpipe sniffer o2.

If you were running 14:1 ish AFRs, your motor would be a siezed lump of aluminum.
