Track sucks!
Street tires fully inflated. Knew they wouldn't do any different at lower tire pressures. Managed to hook by 4th gear and trap 108 both runs. One was a 15.1 and the second a 16.0 60ft times were 2.9 and 3.3. Second run they had just VHT'd the track. Vht and street tires ftl! Hopefully ill have slicks soon, so I can get half decent traction. Passenger was scared ****less because I was sliding all over the track. Video and timeslips coming soon.

You should be able to at least be pulling 2.2's to 2.3's on street tires. Ive pulled a 1.9before on some cheap 195/60/14's at about 20psi with a Zex shot.

Heres my new friends...

Dude... bit of self control helps, What are you doing dropping clutch and keeping the foot flat to the floor?

Street tyres on 18psi-23psi do actually work quite well. fully inflated... you shot yourself in the foot before you began!

Thanks guys, but I know how to launch/pre-load. The track here is VERY ****ty. It was never prepped correctly, and NO ONE hooks right. Mike's shop car here runs 10.9 passes at Firebird, and here he couldn't get it to run lower than a 12.4. with a 2.2 60' I thought it was funny listening to slicks screech until the finish line. They were inflated to 8psi.

The only cars hooking for anything here, are the old school muscle cars with slicks as tall as my car, and the AWD group.

At any rate, I thought you'd enjoy the times I thought it was pretty funny to do 108mph passes after finally having traction in 4th gear.

Oh yeah, and this is non-lsd.

You need an LSD and some drag radials to get some traction......
I can get 2.1-2.2 constantly on my car with 205/55/14 Nitto Drag's
But I have to burn the clutch on the launch to get those times and running 12's on an Sentra on street tires all night long is PRICELESS......
