Maxed out injectors... help needed!!
I'm runing a GT3582R @ 20 psi on a stock GTiR motor with 850cc injectors and a walbro 255 lph HP fuel pump. The thing is that above 6000 rpm the injectors seem to be maxed out (according to haltech data log), how can this be possible???

There's no way they should be maxed out. What duty cycle are you running?
How do your AFRs look?

Maybe you have a fuel system clog somewhere, those injectors should be good for like 700hp!

3bar or 4bar?

Injectors are @ 100% duty cycle above 6600 rpm and AFR is between 11.5 - 11.8, and since I'm using the stock FPR I guess fuel pressure is @ 3 bar...

I would never dare run that setup with a stock fpr. It just doesn't hold pressure consistently enough, according to my experience. I bet you're losing pressure and getting under 3 bar. I'd upgrade that to a high quality fpr and retune.

What WBO2 setup are you running?
Are you blowing black smoke out the back (most cars have to be under 10:1 afr to do this)?

I think it's Innovate that recommends you recalibrate the sensor every 3 months, maybe even sooner on turbo cars. Fuel pressure could be an issue too. I'm new to the SR game, does anyone know the limit to the stock fuel system? I know you're running the walbro, but with that big of injectors and that high of boost, you could be maxing out the flow of the actual fuel lines.

What brand are your injectors?

Either somethings wrong with your setup or that wasnt 20psi. A GT35 should pull harder then that on 20psi. You wouldve been fighting not to hit the rev limiter at 20lbs on a 35 once it spooled.

BTW im having the same issue with my 50lbers. They are totaly maxed out (90-95% duty) using the Nissan Datascan stuff. But my A/F gauge still reads 11.5-12.0:1 accross the board so I guess they arent ALL the way maxed out . But Check to see what size injectors you have entered.
