Need help with my car it turn on
Okay guys i just turn on my car and it sounds all right.

Its has:

BC stage 2 cams
Greddy Valve springs
GTI-R T28 and manifold
Lowport head
BB bottom block

For tunning i have:

370 injectors
Calum ECU tune for 370 with N60 maf ( Ecu is from a B14)

The problem is the car turns on but idles kinda rough like a V8 with big cams but it want to die out. If i rev it and let go of the throttle body it will die out. What should i check for?

Im still running the stock fuel pump but im not driving the car its like the first time i turn it on so the fuel pump should be able to handle that right?

I pluged out the hose thats below the throttle body that goes into the intake

New updates

Hi I just installed my motor this weeken and i turn it on and it turn on with a rough idle.

now the issues are:

It wants to die out if i don't accelerate?

If i accelerate some times it still wants to die out until it caches its self again?

I took of the spark plugs and they were black and on the thread ther was oil the VC gasket is not leaking i think.

I just changed the ECU and maf to a calum and N60 thats what the ecu is programed for.

I did a leak test and it was good.

I need help if anyone wants to come down and help me i would apreciated i'll buy food and drinks

im at the point of giving up with the car

Check that you're running on all 4 cylinders. You may not be getting spark to all four.

You need to hook up a hose to that fitting under the tps. You need that air for idle air control valve. That's the reason your car's not idling. Also, check for boost leaks. You need to hook it up to a fitting on the piping after the maf.

x2. I did that once, and the car wouldn't idle unless I opened the throttle plate a little bit. Hose needs to go somewhere into the intake stream, with metered air.

Also, what's with the EGR tube? Is it going anywhere, or is it blocked off? That could cause a huge vacuum leak.
