If you have a gtir manifold you can use a t28, but if you are not used to driving a turbo car take it from me the t25 is lots of fun, but will eventually it will leave you wanting more boost like always. but that little turbo will surprise those stock or lightly modded sti/evo's as long as they don't hear that turbo spooling, butmy HKS exhaust doesa good job of hiding it.

Yes with no modifications, IIRC a T28 would fit with some mods.

theres nothnig wrong with piecing together a budget build, they can prove to be relieable if you piece it together right

i've got a t25 bluebird set up i might be willing to part with, let me know what parts you need.

Just get a t3 flanged mani from ebay or something, and an old saab turbo. But you will end up paying when it comes to piping because it will have to be all custom. And you may have your mani crack if you don't brace it well... but.

You might as well piece you something together from the used section. I bet you anything you can have a 250-300 whp setup for under 1000 dollars in the used section.
