On a side not I used to love when my girl made post on the forum! It actually showed that she was interested in wtf it was that I was looking at online for hours on end instead of giving her attention! This fast car thing is a crack habbit so be easy on him!

in reality it really is, no matter how hard i try to stop i just cant, its really more than a habit, this is who i am, this is what i do, this is what i want to keep doing, I went almost a year with no fast cars and it about killed me, haha not really but it was hard, i got my sentra and kept it stock for 10k miles and then finally had all the turbo stuff, cams and everything else i wanted to put in it. I knew what i wanted and went for it. Im glad my wife is interested. Im trying to do my best to keep to my part of not racing it on the streets and even that is pretty hard to do when you have someone calling you out, but really i think i can do it if she continues to be more involved in it with me like she used to. I love it when she does. Cuz i may not be the most intellectual person to talk to but when it comes to cars i can really say i am, haha, but i try to at least give her other things to talk about too.

It cant be all about cars. Neways back to the subject, i would have used the race gas like i said, its not that i wasnt listening to my wife. cuz i really was hesitant about it because i knew better, even though no matter how many times at this same boost level ive ran it on the streets, taken my car to my rev limiter in 5th gear, countless end of 4th gear burts, 3rd gear punches all on pump gas and never had problems it seems any time i go to the track something just has to break, but it wasnt going to mix well anyways with the amount of fuel i still had in the tank. haha, no clue why the cylinder got hot like that when every other time i run the car hard it doesnt. oh well. All i know is i gave it all i had to try for the T25 record and i think i would have had it that night too after it cooled down more or maybe on that 3rd run if it wouldnt have blown and kept pulling hard. but i will never know. i just know im done trying with the T25, its too much heat and causing too much backpressure. This is what im thinking is the main cause of the high cyl temps. Hot exhaust gasses feeding back in from excessive backpressure caused by the overboosted T25. I noticed that all the front tops of the pistons where the exhaust valves are the pistons are white in a small moon shape in that area, telling me that they were getting hot just on the front side where the exhaust valves are. Probably due to backpressure created from the overboosting. I really did need the racegas in there to keep cyl temps down in the high heat night air.

Oh well like i said i will be starting my build soon once im done selling a couple parts. Im already pickup up the pistons this weekend same with the injectors tommorrow if the price is right. T28 should be here tommorrow or wednsday so just a matter of tearing down the two motors and making one built one. So yeah ill be back soon and i will see you guys at the convention along with my buddy peter with the bad ass de/ve high compression all motor build. Wait to see that on the forum coming soon.

Listen to me now also! GO with 72lbers or BETTER! Youll max the 50lbs out like me and be in the same boat as im in. I want to turn the boost up to 22-24lbs. But im scared to cause im willing to bet itll be over 350whp!

Ashton dont feel to bad though! My car still has the stock fuel pump in it and Im probably sitting at about 275-300whp right now! We all take risk. But thats the beuaty of these cars. Blow somthing up and you can replace it pretty cheaply compared to other cars.

And remember! RACE GAS. Anything over 16lbs id throw race gas in. Even a gallon or two of 100octane with 8-9 gallons of gas will boost the octane up of the other 93octane in the tank to a good enough level most of the time and you know that we dont run a full tank when were at the track so 2 gallons of race and two gallons of 93octane will hold you down Nicely!
