Skip the 9lb one. Leave it for the N/A guys. Youll light first up at any hit of the gas. I have a 10lb one and its perfect.Great throttle response, and revs easy, but not so rev happy that it lights up first. Yes its cool to light up first and all but its not cool when your actually trying to accelerate fast.

BTW Im talkng from experience. I had a Fidnaza 8.8lb on my DET, and swapped it out and went to a 10lb flywheel.

The lighter flys are fun, but in daily traffic they can be kinda harsh if you have a grippy clutch. My car was jerky around town, seemed like the clutch was on or off with no in-between.

Still, I will upgrade again to the lightweight one just for giggles.

I am going to be running a clutch net 4 puck sprung hub , with a double diaphram pressure plate , so insted of one of the stock de or det ones I have I thought I might buy a light whieght fly to go with it....I have this urge to buy a twin disc clutch though nut man are they spendy !!!

I was thinking they might help spool a little bit also

the twin disc isn't that bad considering it is a flywheel clutch combo. Honestly you get a super lightweight flywheel and a very very strong clutch that will last! I have thought about doing that!

twin disc are worth the investment but they are suitable for a ton of power so unless you are looking to make like 6-800whp they are a bit of a overkill

Not really overkill IMO.....i have the SPEC drag twin disc....better daily driving then the road racing twin disc they offer. Just take the hit and get the twin disc.....its holds 800ft-lbs....whp does not really apply(for our street cars) for what the clutch can hold also, the torque is what really matters and since none of our nissans our going to hit 800 yuou really have nothing to worry about.....I spent $1100 on mine
