Woo it runs!!!

Redid some of the pipes near the MAF, and it still ran like crap.
It turns out some water had gotten into the spark plug holes, and either corroded at the wire to spark plug leads or shorted out. One of the spark plugs had parts of the ceramic chipped off (possibly from arcing?), and so new plugs and wires and the car runs good.

Now I have to figure out why it "pulls" twice, fast to like 4.5k rpms, then it slows then pulls again above 6k rpms. I think it might be timing related.

Does it do it only when the car is warming up? Or only at a certain time?

I never push the car until it is warmed up. I've known people to break pistons skirts, turbos, etc, by racing the engine cold.

HA! I just saw this thread today and decided to check in on it.

The only thing I was referring to, was tuning out the richness "bogging" during shifts, if you run draw thru with an open atmosphere BOV. I personally haven't done it on ANY cars, but I have quite a few friends that do just this, on their 240's in which they run draw thru and open atmosphere. I do have to say that their cars feel just as responsive as my T25 blow thru setup did.

Maybe I mis-interpreted the posts above me, or something. IDK it's been a few days.

Does anyone know how far the bov should be from the maf, in blow through. Mine is about 3 inches, im getting a little hesitation when under a load

There isn't really a set number, the angles the air comes in, the diameter of the pipe, which maf can all affect the air flow to and from the maf and potentially cause issues. 3 sounds close , the further the better if you are having issues

no less than 8 inches. The bov creates too much turbulence due to the recessed flange area. the MAF reading can be greatly affected

Yeah you need one hole, it goes into the intake plenum for the idle stuff.

For the PVC system, run the hoses coming off of the VC, that were going into the intake pipe after the maf, into your intake pipe now before the maf and compressor, and cap the ports on the intake plenum.

If you haven't already reroute the hoses that go to your oil separator Vadim has a post on this here http://www.sr20-forum.com/howtos/9611-how-reroute-oily-blow-gases-clean-up-intake-manifold.html
