Well today my injectors started leaking out of the rail ALL of them, so is there honestly a chance that ALL the o rings were bad? Or did i install something wrong? I'm using 50lb msd's in a custom steel rail
No offense to the vendor/manufacturer intended here...
From what I hear, most custom rails are always going to give you issues with leaking. IIRC, Erich (Wicked R) had problems with his injectors, and AFPR as well as the fuel feed and return lines leaking on his fuel rail...
you have to lube them real good i mean glob it on I used lithium grease, but the consensus seems to be using vaseline which seems fine to me. when installing them rock them back and forth and you should feel them slide in with little resistance if not relube and start over.
Yeah i heard the lube advice before but they seemed to go in just fine, oh well i'll pick up a new set of O rings and lube em up real good and see how it goes. Thanks for the quick replies guys
Never install rubber to metal ANYTHING, without some sort of lube. Even though it would feel as though it's seating properly, the rail could have very easily torn the o-rings.

true, and in this case they don't even need to tear only get twisted or pinched, and deform slightly
