Wow, a minute turns into 40 minutes and still no ring ring. JENNAH! :P
Anyhow, took her for a spin around the block, coolant temps look great, no leaking, no overheating. Using two slim fans now, and it's obviously helping quite a bit. Nothing over 212F
Only thing now is I think my wideband is seriously out of whack. Calum's going to lend me his
Doesn't register until in boost, and then it reads somewhat lean. Car feels rough at warm idle, smells pig rich. Can't really adjust the fuel trim or timing, because of the wideband being flakey. Looks like I'll be in the market for the LM-2 before long. If that's the case, looks like the Perrin pod I haven't installed yet will be useless. I'll end up putting the EGT gauge in the wideband's position, since the LM-2 isn't mountable gauge style.
Almost forgot, someone mentioned that I need to calibrate the AEM wideband, but I did some reading and it doesn't seem this is possible. Someone told me to pull it out of the exhaust stream, and run it open air to calibrate it, then plug it back in and it should work properly. AEM says that it's calibrated out of the box and good to go. Anyone know if in fact they can be re-calibrated?
