No like SRT4 popping. (I guess? I don't pay attentin to SRT4's) More pronounced probably because of the exhaust leak at the downpipe/cat flange.

Now I'm going to youtube to listen to an SRT4.

Yeah, sounds like SRT4 popping, except a little louder I'll go out and get sound clip or video clip of it.

May want to fix that link. Can't play it. I did see it on youtube though.

Sorry but the blackberry isn't the best at taking video/audio captures. The first one is behind the tailpipe by about 2ft, and the 2nd clip is right outside the driver door on the ground. You can hear the obvious exhaust leak.

Like I said, it gets LOUD, but I think that's just because the exhaust has a nice leak between the DP and CAT. If I fix that, it'll probably quiet down a bit with the magnaflow muffler installed.

If that was my car I would suspect a vac leak the size of Kansas Do you have cams? You do have a different fuel setup than me but I IMO you can get it to run a bit better. Maybe it is a snipe hunt but keep you eyes out for anything that could cause issues with the fuel/ignition

The only possibility at this time regarding vacuum leaks, would be the IM gasket. I didn't replace it with a new one when I pulled the IM off. It was metal, so I figured it was okay. Probably will be ordering the MLS IM gasket soon to replace, just for the hell of it. And yes, I'm running BC3's, straight up. Haven't adjusted them in the slightest.

When I pressure tested the system, it leaked down very slowly. Didn't seem like a vacuum leak.

Oh I don't mean to say that you have a Vac leak as much. It just sounds rich. The cams tend to get a more loppy idle and rev, so that explains most of what I am hearing. Was there popping in the clip or was that the mic maxing out? If it was backfiring something is up even with cams

That was popping in the clip. I guess I could pull the VC off again today, but I honestly don't think cam timing is off a all.
