Open downpipe dyno coming soon What do you guys think? How much more power will she make with no puny exhaust to push through? I am betting/hoping for 20whp gain with open dp.
Even if you dont make the power at the dyno, you take it for a spin and it feels like a whole different beast, the engine revs really free. For me, the best exhaust is NO exhaust lol, thats why I got a cutout.

no valve springs. I don't know how high the VET cams can rev so I don't wanna push it. I wanna make awesome midrange power. If I have to rev over 8k to make 500whp then it isn't the kind of powerband I want imo.
Wheels and suspension are being looked at now. Just looking for a good deal. The lightweight flywheel is going back in, though I may just trade it for a fidanza. I have a set of springs for the car, but no struts yet.
I will be setting up an oil catch can too. I need to take care of the excessive blowby under boost and venting to atmosphere isn't helping anything. It may free up some more power as well.
I am also looking at a different manifold. The log has seen it's time, but when I take it off to replace my leaking DE exhaust gasket I will not be putting it back on. So the torch will be passed to someone else this tax return season.
i am changing my manifold set up soon. even toying with the idea of modifying a standard vet manifold to suit t3 and ex gate, but not sure if it will flow what i want. Will prob end up making a custom steampipe unit
