Now don't take this as a hit. I am just saying....

Your car should be making a lot more power at 15 psi and I also feel that at 24 psi it should be making a lot more. Log manifold or not.

Invest in a good standalone and have the car tuned right. You will be amazed at the gains.

Just food for thought Manny (SE-Rawkus) made pretty much a 100 whp more than you did at the same boost (23-24 psi) and at 15 psi he was at 410-415 whp. This was tuned on a standalone. Your car also is lacking torque.

On one of my previous posts I said that my 363 whp DE reacted a lot harder and now I know why. At the 363 whp I made 302 ft tq. That is why there was the difference in reaction.

Regardless a 400+ whp street car is nothing to shake a stick at. Congrats!!

Coheed's car will make over 500 WHP as is at 24 PSI.

1st of all these SR20VE-T motors make peak HP in the 7500-7800 RPM range.

2nd Manny had a Short Runner N1 intake manifold with N1 70mm TB that was hand ported. Short runner manifold like the N1 are proven to make 40-50 WHP more on turbo motors.

3rd if the clutch slipped and broke there is HP just going to waste also.

There is a guy here in Miami named Greg with a 4 door Sentra, that has a JWT ECU on his SR20VET with the same setup as Manny's and he is making 505 WHP at 20 PSI. He to also had a slipping clutch and made 438 before changing it and now with the right clutch he is at 505 just with a clutch change.

Like I said there is more to be had in this set up. It should make more power.

Let's not forget the BOV not holding boost. He can squeeze a lot more by just fixing a couple of things of his actual setup.

There is a lot more left on the table for sure. This is a .63 ar housing. I am keeping it. It seems like the car is still making power when the computer cuts fuel, so maybe I will invest in a new MSD box and a retune or calum standalone. I am betting 475whp or more if I can rap this motor out. I will max this turbo out for sure. I need 8k or more.

I didn't want to get bashed for this earlier, but these runs were on pump gas. 91 octane. I shouldn't be saying this because I really didn't know if she would hold up on pump, but after reading the plugs after the first pull I knew she would be ok.

You can see the torque really falling off at the top end before it wants to take off again. That would be the clutch. The torque numbers on my other graphs show a big jump when vvl hit so I changed the engagement to 5500rpm.

more video.

if you listen to the dyno on 24psi you can hear towards the end around 8 secs the blow of valve gets pushed open.
