Surprisingly, JWT is not being responsive. I've emailed several times but am getting no response.

With respect to my Consult cable, one thing I noticed was that the TPS shows that it's open, even with the engine not started and key in ignition.

What is voltage of the sensor at released position? Needs to about 0.43-0.48 volts at fully released position. Anything over 0.50 volts indicates the throttle is "open".

Also with the Consult cable do a full TPS voltage sweep with engine off. Do it real slow and the voltage should gradually rise up to about 4.5-4.8 volts at wide open throttle. Any spikes or dips during the sweep indicates a bad TPS.

Yep, I sent an email to them a few days ago and have had no reply. Figures. I bet if we were some big spender V6 guys, they would be all over it.

@shagspeed <-- He knows Clark and worked with them. Maybe he can help or at least ask them to please respond to us.. Maybe Ben Pila does not work there anymore?

Well I talked to Ben Pila on the phone last week. I explained my issue to him and he wanted to verify that my MAF was at least 18 inches away from the turbo. He was the one who advised me to get him some digits from Nissan Consult, but now he's being unresponsive. I think email may not be the best way to reach him -- so I'll try calling him next.

Idle Surge / Hunting Idle - 200sx SER with Avenir swap
I'm very confident it's something in the car not the computer. You need to verify all your circuits are working correctly.. Do you have power to the idle control valve. Do you see a pulse width modulation back to the ECU on the other wire.. The ECU will target 33% on the IACV .. Usually set it so it settles to about 28%.. I bet the IACV is not working ...

Yes it is at about 0.48 volts. I was able to tweak the TPS a bit and got rid of the fluctuating idle. Interestingly, even if I apply throttle, the POS says that it's off but the voltage does increase.

TPS sensor is OK

Yes I have power to the IACV. The IACV shows about 60% at the moment.

As an update, I've been able to stop my idle from fluctuating wildly and it is now dead set on around 2,000 RPM. I've tried to adjust my timing, but I can't get it down to 15 degrees. Another odd thing is that my throttle shows that it's off, even when I add gas. The voltage does increase though.
