Boost issue
Little run down, b13 sr20det, gtir t28 turbo/manifold, z32 maf, 550cc injectors, nismo afpr, walbro 255lph nismotronic. So I've gotten my car to the point where I'm ready to start making some logs and sending them off too john at jktuning, I just have to sync my wideband to nismotronic which I will be doing this evening afterwork. I've got a start up calibration I'm currently using to have the car running. Now I've driven it up and down the street a couple of times and couldn't seem to get it in boost. I made a boost leak tester and found 2 leaks, fixed those, tested still having issues getting into boost but it does kind of go in from time to time. My boost gauge will usually stop at 0 will hit 1-2lbs from time to time but I have seen it go up too 7lbs when I took it for abit of a drive. The car runs quit lean at idle but cruising at partial throttle seems to be ok 12-13, idle is like 17-18, its pulling 18-20 vac at idle so i dont think I have a vac leak. My next step is to check for exhaust leaks and pressure test the wastegate. I guess im wondering if the start up tune could have anything to do with it or if something else is going on. If anyone has any suggestion/idea's or tips as to what might be the issue please let me know and I'll be sure to check them off my list. Thanks, Dave.

So took the car for a cruise last night, was hoping to get some logs done but I couldnt sync my wideband with nismotronic. I changed the afr offset to match what the gauge was reading and it would not save. Whenever I left that screen it would switch back to default. I sent john an a msg regarding the issue as I really want to start getting some logs over to him.

Now I did end up out for a cruise and did a couple wot pulls in 3rd my afr was a little rich during these pull's in the 10's.

Also this may be part of the issue aswell but I have a code for vehicle speed sensor, The sensor I have in my trans is for a digital cluster that I was planning on installing once the car was running decent but now I may have to dive into it as my speedometer is not working. What issues will this code cause and would my speedometer not work at all with this sensor. Thanks

Make sure you are tabbing out before attempting to save. I typically will click on a new box so that the application knows a change was made, then you can save and the changes should be reflected moving forward.

Hope this helps!

Well tabbing out didnt help, I still cant seem to change my afr offset and have it stay to what i changed it too! As soon as I tab or move from the afr box it changes back immediately. There like 5-6 difference between what my gauge is reading and the ecu is reading, I read that that could be a grounding issue. I'm going to reground the gauge and see if that gets it any closer to matching but I guess im just waiting to hear back from john. I just wanna get some logs done so I can drive my car before winter. Ughhh
