p11 with GTi-R IVAC
looked around and didn't see anyone talk about the IACV in a p11 with GTi-R swap. I can't seem to get my idle dialed in. How do you wire up the IACV with the GTi-R motor?

symptoms, its cold blooded when first starts, tends to have idle drop off when coming down from high RPMs and sometimes dies out. tune is a Mines GTi-R ecu. Running a OBDI jumper harness. Bored 54C maf. everything else is pretty stock. Just trying to get a base tune setup before making more mods.

Are you using a P10 OBD1 Harness ?

Did you flip the outer TPS Wires ?? The 54C TPS is backwards compared to a 53J TPS.

I'm running a jumper harness from OBDII to OBDI.

So I shouldn't touch the TPS wires or I should have them switched around from the stock p11 sr20de harness?

If the engine harness is from a 53J DE or 94Y DE your will need to flip or re-pin the outer 2 TPS wires to work on a 54C DET as the 54C TPS sensor turns the opposite way that an 53J or 94Y SR20 engine does at the TPS Sensor.
