I just recently got a new to me 95' G20t, and I was wondering if you can help me out with some swap information? Where do I start looking?

Went through the "manifesto". I didn't see much DET info outside how to identify a W11 Avenir motor.

Bura: I'm not really interested in a NA setup, and it appears I don't have the budget for VVL.

I've got about a $2k budget. Is that enough for a basic swap?

$2000 is just a good enough budget for a vvl swap. It is not really enough for a boosted swap if you do it right.

Even if you end up over paying for your vvl lets just say $1000. You should pay closer to $800
Tuneable ECU $300
MSD Window switch $100
"A hose to remember" $25
Fluids $100
SSAC Header/downpipe $125

Total: $1650. This is also if you are paying on the higher end of the scale

You will have a few hundred dollars left to upgrade what ever else you want.

And that will net me about 160hp?
