Plumbed the idle hose to the charge pipe pre-tb. Not much difference really, but it will help me sleep at night (maxed out my injectors at 9psi whilst tuning )

What did you use to plumb it into the charge piping? I have the same piping kit and need to do this. Thanks

I previously cut away some of the aluminium piping, to make room for a steel section. I use that section to add all kinds of connections, since it's easier to weld to. No pics, but it's this part:

You do not want boost pressure going into your IACV/FIACV. You want the air coming from before the turbo. This has been stated some in the above posts, If you have a maf it must be connected after the maf but before the turbo. Very easy guys.

Dala you had it right in the first place! put it back.

What about on a blow-thru maf setup?

Yeah I would assume if its after the turbo it will be under pressure and have a greater chance of leaking under boost.

It would be fine.
The air pressure would be equal on both sides of the valve.

I have it right before the TB on 4 different blow through cars and never had any problems... Thinking about going to a older Q45 90mm with integrated IAC to get rid of the plumbing all together actually. The DE throttlebody butterfly shaft leaks pretty good under 20+psi boost hopefully a Q45 TB shaft has a better seal.
