My first build was with the gtir head arias pistons cometic gasket and gtir rods and arp rod bolts with a t3/t4 50 trim .63
nistune ecu 880cc injectors I managed 11.7 in the 1/4 mile on pump and meth full road trim.

I then went to a new manifold and turbo choice i tested a bullseye s366 with the same engine build as mentioned above. The power curve was a little to laggy for me, came on strong at around 6000 rpm, at that point I considered some tomei 280s and taking the rpm up as high as I could. However the car still does daily duty a few times a week and the power curve was no fun, so this build did not last long.

my only issue is the physical size it is to big for a 68lb turbo

the new manifold under construction

Drove the car yesterday for a short while just to ensure no leaks or issues it went well. Will run exhaust on Tuesday and begin tuning. Hoping to get into the high 500s on pump and meth with the sr16 cams installed.

I would use the 8cw crank just for piece of mind. I have yet to see a 4cw fail but I went with the 8cw with my build. the turbo should be interesting. we just had a s2000 in the shop running the turbo and it made 447whp at 13psi.

Is the S360 a FMW? or older version? I'm leaning to that for my rwd build.

Tight work my man. I have a build in the works very similar to this. In reference to the methanol injection how will you account for the uneven quench distribution? I have looked at this as an alternative to e85 but the fact that one cylinders 1 through 4 don't get the same amount of quench bothers me when it comes to advanced timing.

Hi
It is the cast wheel model with extended tip not the fmw.
BorgWarner S300SX 8375 Turbo S360 - Full-Race.com.

Nothing has been done to the box as yet, but I am either welding the casing or buying a box brace from strarcher. A few weeks ago a stock gearbox with welded case managed 10.3 in St.Lucia @ 133mph.

With regards to the water meth I would assume that the cylinders getting less meth would be getting less air as well, hence under less pressure with the same injector pulse width so it would be richer. Just an assumption I never though about it before you asked.

With regards to the 4 counter weight crank I am only after 600hp or so at the fly, hopefully all goes well. How was the spool on the s2000 which back end is it using?

Big up to Bartown thanx for all the input and wisdom.

Thanx for the comments.
