DIY Intercooler Water Sprayer
Mightycarmods recently did some videos on how to make a simple DIY intercooler sprayer.

Here are the videos;

Their results summarized:
Ambient temp 86*F

Low load
104*F ->Sprayed -> 97*F
High load
122*F ->Sprayed ->103*F

I wanted to make a more sophisticated version of an intercooler sprayer
Here's my plan:

To control it, I'm going to use a generic output in Nismotronic. I know that an OR function is in the works, so for now I'm gonna have to use the hardwired AND functions.

I'll post some actual pics of this project soon, already drilled holes and mounted the windshield sprayers on the front bumper.

Anyone else tried something like this?

Some pictures of the actual install:

The bottle and motor, 15$ IIRC

Where I mounted it in the bay, it's pretty down low, not really visible unless you look from it above.

Testing, works perfectly!

Sorry for the yellow-ish pictures, I am using a greenhouse light :P

Now I just need to wait for the next Nismotronic update

Did you get the bottle online? If so could you link it?

It's a simple effective idea but it would only be good on the street and keep it away from the tires!

the wider the spray pattern the better, wiper nozzles would work but you could find a more effective solution for cheap.
