7.) Start engine.
8.) Race engine (2000-3000 RPM) 2 to 3 times with no load.
9.) Allow to idle while checking/setting timing.
10.) Turn off engine.
11.) Reconnect TPS.
12.) Start engine and enjoy having no backfires!

There you go no more questions.

will try tomorrow numer 2 is racing engine 2-3 times i dont get it

Check the cam gears to see if there right, that could be causing it maybe?

I have it set at 9psi pullys really strong just when i dont granny shift it the intake pops and car jurks than keeps on going. pretty much full throttle or if i go slow and shift really quick it boggs. timing has to be right no way its off did it too many times what else can it be its a stock t25 setup calum base ecu......
