Thread: Has anyone ever used this part before?

Out of curiosity. Has anyone ever used the Oil Distribution Block-NA - no restrictor from GSpec before to feed their turbo with oil? It is said within the description that its meant to be a drop in bolt on so you can use one of the ports for an oil feed line to your turbo. And if so, what is your opinions on it? I am ordering some parts today and would like to know the Pros and Cons of the device. Also, has anyone ever used the Water Temp Adapter, SR20 (pass side) from GSpec as a water feed to their turbo? I have a stock Roller Rocker SR20DE-T setup as of now. Nothing too crazy. Just making it a nice DD. Thanks in advance.

I use an oil distribution block w/out an orifice/restrictor on my turbo setup and it works well...it's not the Gspec version, but similar in design. I also have a pressure transducer aka oil press. gauge sending unit attached to it to monitor oil press. It's nice to be able to monitor engine oil press and turbo feed oil press just in case you need to restrict the oil flow to your turbo. If I had to do it again, I would get rid of the NPT ports and run straight thread ports with o-ring bosses instead...but for now, it works great for my garage queen
