I would skip on S4's on T25 unless you do camgears to dial back the overlap (30* is little much for restrictive T25).
+1 on W11 turbo hands down for autocross, if you can keep the power down, that sucker spools fast. I had a W10 T25 in my B15 for couple years now and recently dropped in the GT28r, it just doesn't have the same response as the T25 did as same PSI (7psi). More boost would help, but I need traction more then couple extra HP.
