700-800 HP I'd go with the 19mm rod bearings from the GTi-R and have the work done to the main crank bearings so you can run the GTi-R versions of those as well, since they have better oiling capability and might be wider themselves.
Am I remembering that properly? The GTi-R does have wider rod bearings right? Or is it only the main bearings that are different?
Personally, I would not try to make 700 HP on an SR20. I just wouldn't attempt it.
