^More info on this? What about a mishimoto? I would assume it would still need modifications as the 2 row backup. Would this work with A/C?

Mishimoto radiators are about the same size as the koyo. I have a couple ideas for making the waste gate fit with a koyo but this will not work for all since I have a custom steel front mount which clears the space I need. Even if you moved the waste gate you could not run a/c and a koyo with this setup. their is no room for the fans to be mounted in a puller configuration. I ended up using my stock radiator with my high volume slim fans. I am using one as a puller and one as a pusher. I could have used the stock drivers fan but wanted the extra space. The slim fan also flows more than a oem fan. This is what the car currently looks like. As soon as I make room for the new ic I will finish the hot side piping and the car will be ready to test. The manifold down pipe and waste gate all clear the a/c. I dug out my stock radiator with thoughts of possibly putting the a/c back in. I will have the gate flange moved when my car is at the tuner so it clears a big radiator just because I like to have options.

As Mike has stated, it will not clear the thicker radiators. We will address this issue the best we can, but it is very hard to do so with so many requests. Yes this manifold does clear a/c.

Yeah after I spoke with John I realized it is such a tight space it will be tough to come up with a solution that suits every setup. What I have in mind would require the use of a custom steel front mount or one that is similar.

I will be putting the car back together tomorrow. I finished up the ic piping today. As stated the hot and cold need to be on the same side.

That's the same way I ran my b14 only with a Honda rad. Worked great.

I figured I would give a update. I have the car completely back together and drove it around. I can tell you I have no boost creep out of this design. The spool up is better than I expected considering its a big ass turbo(6262 .82 a/r). Everything fit well. Here what it looks like all back together. still need to straighten the ic a little but other than that it will be off to the tuner in a few weeks.
