the intercooler would have to be at below the dew point for condensation to occur when exchanging heat. this wont happen unless you have some sort of evaporation occurring... like if it got sprayed with nitrous or other vapor phase change solution... otherwise you are defying the principals of thermodynamics.

what can happen is that the ic piping remains cold while it warms up outside (car is off) and condensation can build up that way. if you are in a high humidity climate that has a high rate of temperature change, this is most likely the case.

Thanks in advance, any help is better than none.

Ideally - Heat shields should be run on the 54C manifold, Turbo & J-Pipe.

By the sounds, you have your MAF setup and a blow-through. Ideally it should be setup as a draw through (Between the air filter & turbo compressor inlet)

Verify that the water was not running down the length of your cold pipe and leaking from somewhere else into your bad connection (I hope that makes sense)

What Engine Management are you using?

Pictures ALWAYS help. Besides, I just like looking at the pics and not reading.

Roger -

ECU: Stock N14 54C or B13 53J or B13 94Y ???

Re-Locate the MAF

Re-Circ the HKS SSQV

Remove the breather from the valve cover and route to the intake pipe

Is your car a 93 or 94 ?

Is it just water or is there antifreeze in it also?
