Fixed.

This. I never even bought anything from them and still had a problem. I had a JGY part in my car from the previous owner and I called them to verify it was what I thought it was by its serial # and I was kind of rudely told to F off if I wasn't buying anything.... oh and the original clutch in my car before it was mine from them failed after 6 months.

I really don't want this to turn into a bash jgy thread. I thought a piece out of an intercooler kit would be something that was in stock, it wasn't, i guess they'll have to fabricate it.
Anyway, i've been fooling with my Si sedan for the last few months and have met some cool folks. My buddy has a 06 Si coupe on skunk2 coilovers. I was riding in it the other day, and it reminded me of how the b14 rides (when it runs). I'm stoked to get this thing back on the road.

Manifold and old turbo are off. New turbo is bolted up to the manifold, but I have to widen one of the holes on the j-pipe to get the last bolt in.

Does a t25 and a t28 have the same flange on the compressor side? Would a charge pipe from a t28 kit work on a t25?

So JGY was still bullshitting at the beginning of the week, so I canceled my order. I was lucky enough to find a complete hotshot intercooler kit with couplers for the same price, so I'm going to pull the trigger on that.

Sorry for the late reply. In general, no, the two are not interchangeable. It seems Nissan made all of the flanges slightly different so you wouldn't install the wrong turbo in the wrong car by mistake.

The T25 and T28 compressor outlet flanges have the same bolt pattern and diameter, but they are rotated about 45 degree or so from each other.

Thanks for the response. This should get me to at least be able to crank the car up and check everything out. I still need a set of wheels, but I found some 15x7 polished slipstreams around Atlanta that I'm going to pick up in a couple of weeks, if they don't sell.

Got some wheels today. Should look pretty decent when I paint the car matte black.
Sorry for the shit pic, the camera on this phone is awful.

So for some reason I can't get the coolant return line to line up with the block and turbo. It just won't fit right, the wastegate actuator rod is blocking it, and I've tried every conceivable configuration, but it looks like its not gonna fit. So I guess I'll do something with stainless braided line. Any issues doing that? I figure I'll go ahead and do the stainless braided lines for the oil lines too, I've read about the oil restrictor and all that, but haven't found anything about the coolant return. Can someone point me toward a thread that might have this info@ ? I searched the info library but didn't see anything.
