Turbo Downpipe and ECU Help!!!
let me start with telling you all this is my first attempt at turbo charging a car, please don't bash me to hard.

I have a {2000 Nissan Sentra SE 2.0},and I'm piecing together my own personal Kit.
i currently have:
Boost Vacuum Gauge
Greddy Bov
Intercooler
Gti-R Turbo exhaust manifold
Turbo water/ oil return lines
Garrett T25
Hallman Manuel boost controller
Universal Intercooler piping
(Any More items Needed?)

My piggyback ECU set up will be a, Apexi-SAFC II and an AEM WideBand Controller to assist it for tuning. (Is this Combo good to start with?)

Where I'm running into trouble is when it comes to a Downpipe, I have no idea how to go about this.. Should i just get an ebay dump downpipe? or is there already one made for t25 turbo sentras? or should i Get a custom made DownPipe? And if so could i get it made without the turbo actually being on the car.

Thankyou all for your help

vrs makes down pipes for the b13,b14 and b15. the down pipe you need is determined by the manifold and jpipe being used. I would also recommend using step down harness so you can use a b14 ecu. the safc-2 will work on the b15 ecu but you will having tuning limitations(no direct timing control)

So your saying based off of my set up, I need a Gtir down pipe or Do i need one the is made for the T25 turbo?

If you are using a gtir manifold and jpipe you need a down pipe made for a gtir turbo setup. the turbo does not matter as long as it uses the standard 5 bolt t25 exhaust housing.

i would say ditch the safc and go with something like a jwt computer, nistune, or nismotronic. the safc is cool to have for digital gauge display and sensor monitoring though. the only problem with using it for tuning in my eyes is one you cant control ign timing and it is not really consistent being how it is "tricking" the computer at times the settings are just not same from day to day.
