Nismotronics will do boost by gear also.

Two things:

1) Where are the photos of the actual car? You know, like the car itself

2) Where did you get that VE valve cover? I assume it's custom because I've never seen one like that. Did you do it to match the turbo or something?

hmmm, that's pretty clever. Which controllers work this way?

Cool. I can see this helping with drag racing and from a stop, but if you're within gears it would get confused which doesn't apply to drag racing obviously, but wouldn't be so great on the street or DD I think.

a few...

Boost Control Solenoid Kit Solenoid
Amazon.com: Mac 3 port solenoid boost controller air valve locker pwm: Everything Else

AEM mentions this one in their documentation for the series 1 EMS
GM 3 port BCS Turbo Boost Control Solenoid Valve 1997152 : Amazon.com : Automotive

It would work regardless if you were on the track or street.

Geeebus!! Talk about a price markup on that AEM solenoid (which is essentially a MAC which can be had for 20-30 brand spanking new with filter and wiring)

Im using a simple aem ebc solenoid. 75 bucks and works flawlessly.

Storm, there are plenty of pics of my car out there. Ss for the vakve cover it was painted by me using vht high temp wrinkle black and the neovvl badge accented in bronze

How are you reading speed Ashton? The only problem I see with wheel speed based boost is the fact that when the wheels are spinning the boost is still rising. Boost by gear is ideal.

I wonder If the cluster puts out the same signal as the electric vss....

Dont know. Im on a cable speedo and the cluster puts out a digital signal to the ecu. I believe even on the electric vss it goes to the cluster then to the ecu and probably same type of signal.
