Gsxr1000 coils driven with an aem twinfire cdi box. Custom harness. No plug and play about it.

Awesome build just curious if any milling or expansion to the chamber on the head was needed to accomodate for the 90mm?
Or is it just straight up stock chamber volume with this 90mm setup.

Break-in is officially done. Done on penzoil conventional 5w30. Compression test resulted in 290psi on all 4, spiking over 300 on my 300 psi compression gauge. Tomorrow doing the oil change to synthetic. Either 10w40 Amsoil or 15w50 Mobil 1 Havent decided yet

Not much for updates. Waiting to get my precision turbo back from Precision. They are warrantying the turbo but were reluctant to do so. The new one wont come with a warranty. Should have it back hopefully in a weeks time frame if im lucky. Been running it N/A for the last 3 weeks without any issues. Ive put almost 800 miles on the engine soo far. Went to the track last weekend and ran it n/a with an untuned turbo tune just for the hell of it. 14.3@97mph both passes with a 2.2 and 2.1 60ft on my 205/50/15 dunlop dirreza street tires, sputtering a bit due to dead rich a/f's WOT but still had fun.
I will be getting a new forward facing T3 manifold hopefully in the next 3-4 weeks if i can scrape together some side work to get the cash for it or sell the rest of the stuff I have. So ill be making some changes to that and the intercooler and as soon as thats done im getting it on the dyno.
