@Doug Fab that makes a lot of sense actually, considering when I finished the build the curcuit board in the E60 MAF was loose and knocking around but didn't pose any immediate issues, I found a spare E60, one of my co-workers gave me one out of their tool box today, so I'll give it a shot when I get home and see what happens. Thanks for the direction.

@Doug Fab Hey it looks like the MAF was the issue, I took the old one out and the little circuit board inside the square housing on the MAF tube that is supposed to be connected to the connecter was.... Well.... Not.... It was completely broken off and bouncing around in that square housing, slapped on the spare MAF from my co-worker and over 3 hours of driving, seems perfect, issue has not re-occured yet, gonna bring it into work later to clear the codes, and I need to figure out if I clear the self learn will that fuck with my tune, Nistune board in the ECU.
Thanks to all who helped out, this just goes to show the power of this forum when you can simply diag something like this and help someone hundreds of miles away with the collected and shared knowledge of the members.

As long as your tune was "burned" on your nistune, you shouldn't have a problem when clearing your ecu. AFAIK. I personally haven't had an issue after clearing it as long as it's burned
