They are the same. The part numbers are different but dimensionally they are the same. I have seen de rods and ve rods go over 500whp.

Cool, im getting ready to put the main bearings in and crankshaft. Should I tighten it down to de specs? Same thing for the headstuds, cams, ect is it all the ssme

Would I lose all that much if I just ran de pistons in my ve-t? Two of my ve pistons are cracked and I have spare de pistons with new oil rings

You will have the same compression, if any loss is measured it may be due to added ring friction.

Hmmmm okay ill just run the de pistons. Also when I insert the pistons, the oil rings have those gaps which direction do they all need to face? Opposite sides?
