No bueno man, yeah your de's would have needed to be skirted. I would just order some man, and get new pistons that are skirted, that would work, however to save money if you have the block on the stand, you have de pistons right? Why not just use the old de block with out squirters instead of trying to plug the DET block?

Idk I just haven't been working and car needs to move soon so im trying to get her done and bad keeps happening. Does the sr20de rr have squirters

Not sure if the rr has them but I can check.. dont think so tho..

Honestly man i would either run a de block or replace the broken squirters an use different pistons..

The ve block has a few better characteristics then the de an not to mention no mods needed to use the vvl head..

Just tryin to save ya some hassle

That's if you can source one and get it local or reasonable shipped price replace the oil squirters and get a set of pistons and rods they're on here all day for about 100-200 in good condition

Ve block would be great tho oil pump etc, seen stock ve rods take 400whp in person no worries there
