Dyno test at last, with awesome(but strange) results
Well guys, moment of truth at last...

10:1 Sr20de+td05h16g(subaru STI)+440cc´s+GTIR managment with SAFC2+FMIC+3" full exhaust

I´m truly amazed... just look at that torque... really high on the rev range, even the power... but the car is fast trough out, even at low rpms(due to compression maybe), and why do i loose so much in the drivetrain???

I´m using 75W140 gearoil, why do i lose 75bhp in the drivetrain, i really don´t know to interpret dyno results... but pretty happy with the results...

Ok, maybe i don´t have a sense of humor, but i really don´t understand the relation to this topic...

Am i complaining? I´m just intrigued with my transmission losses, that´s it... also i think is of interest for ppl to see a match of a subaru turbo with a sr20de, i think it´s a pretty good match...

But yea, i should be happy, maybe i´ll try another brand dyno in the future... i know that´s important too...

hopping to different dynos just to get numbers is not what makes a dyno important.

Which transmission are you using?

I remember a couple years ago when I changed from using MT90 to 85w-140 I lost about 5% at the wheel (compared to previous dynos), but the transmission felt better so I continued to use it

Some guys say "maha" dynos have huge transmission losses, and dyno dynamics give less but same flywheel HP...

I´m using a std GTI gearbox, same as sentra with 75w140 oil... (on borrowed time i supose)

If i´m honest i really don´t care about overall figures, for me how the car on the road is all that matters... i just did a dyno out of curiosity... and i tend to get to the bottom of things and that trans loss is bugging me... also the torque and power figures that high on the rpm is totally unespected...

Also now the car is turbocharged the rpm limiter is inefective, it revs higher than N/A, why´s that?

The engine/flywheel numbers are just estimates based on % entered by dyno operator...So they mean nothing at all.

So wich of the values should i respect? 288? 213? And do i really lose 75bhp on FWD? That makes me think dynos are kinda pointless!

Sure 303 can´t be right, i would be maxing the MAF and GTIR fuel pump, and i´m not, but pretty close on the MAF...
