This was the latest response

"Ok send it back and mark it where it touching, I will put it on our jig to check it in case one of the welds pulled the pipe out of place if do we will send you a new one and pay for the shipping. If it is right on our jig the only thing I could do is give you a refund and take the pipe back"

So I assume if they find they are at fault, then they will refund me the shipping cost and send me out a new one. Of course im at the mercy of their verdict when they look at it

VRS uses the ball type on the catback kits... Tubing kit is a DIY kit.

They are not going to rip you off.... BTW you should have taken this up with me instead making this big ass thread about them and going direct to VRS... I sold it to you and I deal with VRS that would've made the most since instead of going right to them.

Holy crap , taking it to another level. I have previously used VRS for a lot of things. I have never had a problem with them or their products, I think you are taking a little bit overboard and bashing a business who has been helpful to the community for the better part of 9+ yrs. Options are limited in this community, I would be wary of how things are dealt with.

You are just ruining it for the community at this point.

I"m assuming that was directed at Lynch as i'm not bashing what so ever. I only made this thread to get opinions that the flex was slightly off, which others have agreed. At the very least i'll be helping out the next guy to be sure his isnt crooked if their jig happens to be off a little bit. I had no intention of this thread turning into anything negative toward them, just to get an opinion on the pipe i had, not the company. To help me decide weather or not to peruse sending it back for them to look at otherwise i'd look around for a shop who might be able to fix it
