I have arp studs in my motor, 60 was not the last torque # in my sequence. Mine were direct from arp with arp instructions. I don't recall what the final # was but iirc, you have to set them in stages. Then loosen them all completely and torque in stages again. I used the assembly lube.
EDIT: I just researched my old build thread only to find I had conflicting info on torque specs as well. Seems I had confusion trying to determine if the specs would change since I had a DET block, DE head, and VVL head gasket. From my postings 5 years ago, looks as if I called ARP directly. Unfortunately I did not post my results, SMH! I've got 30k on my motor, all I can suggest from my experience is to call ARP. From my further forum searching, seems MANY ol Skool "gurus" suggest torquing in stages to 80ft lbs. 20, 40, 60, 80, loosen completely....re-do in stages.
