Thread: Quirky turbo issues

Thanks for the input guys I was just reading alot of guys run .28-.38 what about you guy? I know I have to becareful with them maybe its worth it get some bkr7's. I ran the plugs for about a year. I believe this will help with the hesitation. I will gap them soon and report. By the weekend I should have my boost leak tester fabbed up. Thanks again guys

TPS reads .62 closed and 4.01 WOT

I was Havin some hesitation issues as well around 5k, gapped my plugs to .25 an have been good.. As far as the tps goes I like to run .45 closed and 4.00+ open

I Have my TPS right in the middle of factory recommended .48-.52 @ .50.

Today, I found out that my spark plugs were gapped for .040. I regapped the spark plugs at .030

I have not been able to test the motor out yet because my fuel line is having a leak issue that I will fix tomorrow afterwork


So for tuning conneticut eh? Marsh would be able to help if hope get her running in good form.

Whats your fuel pressure? Dang those idle AFR's are low

I know man, I will chose the right one, here's my perdicament. I want marsh to tune my car, I want to get ride of the JWT and neo and really see what's going on. But I'm moving west in August ad I want ten to tune my ride, so like not to sound greedy but if I order my ecu I kinda want it within a week the. Limp the set up marsh and let them work their magic.


The afrs are low I need to turn it up she just dogs out man. It sucks with the new gaps I figured it couldn't be blow out does I around 5k at 10-14psi

i think @JKTUNING might have one on the shelf ready to ship, im not sure if chris ever paid him for it or what.. in either case john's usually really good about having the ecu back to ya in a timely manner.
