No doubt. Mine were a set of used 370's. I turned around and got brand new 555's anyway. But if they were brand new, why replace the o-rings? And furthermore, why only 3 and not all 4?

The injectors did not come with o-rings. I purchase them off the from which were purchased from FRSport.

I got the o rings from gpec, in the process I misplaced one of the smaller o rings I used a JDM o ring to take its stead. I don't have leaks. The injectors were perfect no marring whatsoever

Ah, I gotcha. Weird they didn't come with o-rings, IMPO. GSpec, JDM, OEM, junkyard, or true value, don't really matter as long as its made for fuel and properly seals. I'd still pull wires just to be certain all 4 cylinders are firing properly, individually, at idle. Then yeah, assuming everything else is legit, tune is off.

Although it'd cause for lean conditions opposed to you running rich, Recirc that BOV?

Bov is recirc'd

I will do the injector test.

I just purchased Nismotronic will get it soon

Coming right along :-)

And it's not just an injector test, it'll tell you overall if there's something going on in a particular cylinder. Injector, spark, maybe a valve, compression....if unplugging a wire has no affect on the idle in that cylinder, something is wrong in that cylinder. COULD be injector, could be something else. But at least you'll then know what cylinder...if there's an issue. Then you diagnose further ;-) Let's hope your idle drops with each unplugged wire :-)

Yeah definitely. I will video it. I hope all is good. She can be pretty smooth at times.

I just hope the Nismotronic will be very friendly with hunting down issues. I'm excited I think this will be a good option with tons of help finding potential issues.

Well guys I did the drop test on the cylinders and the injectors a few days ago and things didn't seem right on cylinder number 4. There was no change when i pulled the spark plug cap and there was no change when i pulled the injector clip. I thought it was odd.

So I well like F it I'm gunna go get some BKR7E's which I did and gapped them to .030

I installed the new plugs and then I started the motor. The studder still persisted. I pulled the spark plug cap and still there was no change. I turned the motor off and pulled the plugs and I found something interesting.....

So I figured there was something fishy going on. I think I found my culprit. So what I did was switched the injector to cylinder number 3 and 4 and put the clean spark plug in cylinder number 3 to narrow it down to harness or injector did the test again.

All cylinders had spark. However, when I pulled the potentially bad injectors previously clean spark plug it was black. So the injector is working. There is something wrong with the wiring on cylinder number 4's injector clip.

I am now about to test the injector clip's voltage and I'm going to look up the electrical specifications on the injector clip harness.

Any thoughts on correct voltage or ohms???

Thanks guys

white wire should have 12v

injector should have around 12 ohms or so (near or exactly the same as the other injectors)
