The hose off the IC piping running under the blue coupler and under the TB? That's the IACV breather hose. It goes to a port on the intake manifold. I JUST actually learned this hose a couple weeks ago solving a 5 year long battle with my idle.

Almost everything you need to know about idle is here. 6 pages but crazy info.

The blow off valve "activates", opens under vacuum not pressure. It's triggered when the throttle plate snaps shut and it sees a strong vacuum to the port along with some pressure in the charge piping. You def need to adjust it to make sure it's not creeping open at idle.

If I'm looking at your picture correctly (last post on page 1) you have it capped. If that's the same as what I see and described from "realnighthog's" picture than yes.

So I wired in my fuel tuner (apexi neo) and it ran rich instantly and the wideband responded very well, I've been able to tune low rpms, but it studders 5k

Still need to run the code.

Need to find a dyno in Maine

There's a dyno less than a mile from my place in NH if you can't find one in ME. He's fairly reputable although he sort of tweaked out my tune...but come to find out, his wideband was malfunctioning. Since his readings were more rich than my AEM, he used his to stay on the "safe" side. Prices are fair and he offered to fix me up. I however will be trekking to CT for my next tune! If you want more info hit me up, he tunes ALL the subarus in my area. From Maine taking 101 to 93, he'd be exit 4 off 93.

EDIT: I googled "dyno tune MAINE"

http://www.google.com/search?q=DYNO+tune+Maine&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&client=safari

I don't know if any of those spots are near you but I first googled "dyno tune near Freeport, Maine" with no results.

That sounds cool.

I have it safe enough to highway cruise.

I think I just need someone that is good with sr20's or know about them and can run a code test and know how to use a neo. I'm willing to pay for a quality tuner
