nice, on the de/ve high compression 90mm bore build we are actually going to use a calum basic with an safc NEO on top of that to help fine tune it. The neo can trigger the VVL solenoids also and has a lot of other nice features. I like it, i already installed one onto my buddies RHD 180SX and i like it alot. So yeah you can change the rpm setting right then and there also with having the ability to make changes to fuel.

I love your build alot and you should be able to see a ton of power from it once fined tuned and driven more.

i heard the SAFC neo is a bit problematic getting it work on the VE, maybe because it has 2 solenoids, its more suited to VTEC motors, we have a guy over here tried to fit one for his VE and couldnt get it to switch the cams over

it might not hold the voltage is why, if you wire it to trigger a relay would be better, relay is very low voltage and you can just seperate the power supply, should work pretty well. It was probably only meant to take one solenoid. Now the only thing is we would be triggering the cams at the same time and not at different rpm levels. But hey it just makes for a more aggressive switchover.

Well I am going to order the AEM EMS ....I hope if we dyno tune the car I can avoid some of the problems of the JWT program , on a VE+t Aplication ,

you should have no issues with an AEM at all.....I love theses units for tuning. Amazing what you can do with them. Would never put anything else in my cars!!!!
