Well first you have to know if that was a peak value or a consistent one. If you have the values fro the entire RPM range, dismiss the outliers and then you will have a better number to compare with.

A Z32 normally maxs at ~550hp, at 5.12V. I'm not sure if it is linear or not, probably have to ask Calum, but a rough calculation based on a linear meaurement would be around ~480hp for the peak value.

Well that last part never happened. But anyway. Just checking to see if you are awake.

it is only consistent from 7-7500 rpm. Before that there is less airflow but it keeps building.

Just owned a new 08 STI. Still had dealer plates. Oh ya. Maybe I should not pick on the STI anymore.

My buddy has a GTO with intake, headers, exhaust, high flow cats, and a tune. He pulled 350whp out of the 6.0 with this combo on a mustang dyno. So we took the cars out to see how the lil sent could do. I loaded my car with 5 people and we headed to the freeway.

The first pull he jumped on me but I started to catch him on the top end. sniff. Awe. The lag of the turbo made it impossible to pass him at legal speeds. He pulled til I was at his rear bumper and I held him right there and was barely creeping up.

So we change it up. 2 of my passengers get out and we run again. I blew his doors off. Not even close. I guess weight does make a difference! I really wanted to see how the car would do with a load of passengers so I could get an idea of how much power I am at. I was guessing about 350whp or so. The 5 passengers weighed in at 850 lbs. So that would put my car weight with a full tank of gas at around 3600lbs or so. I have no idea how much my B14 weighs with all the options.

So it is looking like what I thought. About 350whp. Not bad for this elevation. Though a new intake would prob add 10-20 horse and a good tune may give me 10-15 whp as well. Who knows. I really need to get her on the dyno and see.

Perhaps the 13.2 1/4 mile is within reach with the all seasons.

you shouldnt be putting that load on your tranny.. all that extra weight is going to add for destruction of your tranny.

Nice kill on the GTO, taken out a couple 6.0's pretty bad even one with full bolt ons, programmer. Didnt stand a chance. Never have lost to any evo's or sti's Put it this way an SRT4 with fully built motor, GT35, The works 25psi of boost, dynod over 450whp 500wtq couldnt even beat me, even top end he just couldnt muster it back. My initial jump on him was crazy, but even topend i still pulled. Like you said man, weight has a lot to do with it. bigtime

The glory of the p11 transmission. I have been beating the hell out of it. No problems whatsoever. When I break it (if I ever do) I will just drop in another one if I can find it. Or maybe even the 20v six speed when it comes available.

lol yeah gotta love the p11 trans i hear nothing but awesome things about them and one of these days i will get one. The B14 trans i have now has held up pretty well. neways coheed here are a couple vids i took tonight, crappy weather too, it was still about 85* out and humid as hell. Like nasty humid. I was testing out the new coupler i put on my throttle body to replace the one that keeps blowing off and had a tear.

I miss the cold weather but hey still pulled way harder than 8psi did on a 60* dry cold night. haha
